About the Role:
Step into the exciting world of fintech as a Business Development Representative (Remote) and be at the forefront of business expansion! You’ll play a key role in driving growth by using innovative outreach strategies to generate new opportunities.
Spark new business by launching high-energy outreach through calls, emails, and social media. Turn inbound leads into golden opportunities by managing the crucial first stages of the sales pipeline. Uncover hidden gems by researching prospects and identifying key decision-makers. Set the stage for success by scheduling impactful meetings and appointments for Account Executives. Team up with internal departments to design and execute cutting-edge lead-gen strategies. Share game-changing insights to enhance products, services, and processes. Stay ahead of the curve by staying updated on the latest industry trends and best practices. Our Ideal Candidate:
Has a go-getter mentality and is excited to be a part of a growing fintech company! 6 months + of experience in B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. What's in it for you!
Compensation: Minimum base salary of $60K, with an OTE of $90K (bonus paid quarterly). Growth: Opportunity to fast-track from BDR to AE.
