Identify and develop leads for various sales managers. Business Development Representative Qualifications A post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. A friendly demeanor with excellent communication abilities. Background in sales and/or customer service. Desirable Qualifications: Experience with database management is a plus. Familiarity with the construction industry is a notable advantage.
