Business Development Representative

Summary: Seeking a Business Development Representative to drive business growth by generating and nurturing leads for innovative sports field solutions.

Job Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Competitive and enthusiastic about achieving goals

Job Responsibilities:

Build a pipeline of qualified leads by scheduling product demonstrations

Conduct outbound prospecting with 50+ calls daily

Follow up on inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and marketing campaigns

Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify sales opportunities

Lead and support lead-generation campaigns

Manage and update CRM records for assigned territory

Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $53,000.00 per year
