Position Description
Deque is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Sales and BDR Team. This position will generate pipeline utilizing outbound calls, social media, and email. The BDR will build relationships, book discovery calls for Account Executives to hold, and perform to achieve a monthly quota. The ideal candidate would be driven, have grit, and own the utmost positivity in their day to day. Cold calling experience preferred, not required.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
+ Manage key client relationships and work to build new ones
+ Book discovery calls with qualified leads for Account Executives
+ Contact potential clients through calling, emailing, and social media
+ Make 60 calls per day
+ Build long-term trusting relationships with potential clients
+ Proactively seek new business opportunities
+ Ensures alignment with overall sales strategies
Requirements
+ Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative preferred, not required
+ A desire to win
+ Track record of achieving sales quotas
+ Experience with CRM and sales engagement software
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
+ Coachability
+ Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
