Responsibilities The general objective of a Business Development Representative (BDR) is to generate new business opportunities and drive growth for the program. Their primary focus is on identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and nurturing relationships to convert opportunities into sales. The BDR aims to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue by effectively prospecting and engaging with prospects. Lead Generation & Qualification | Relationship Building | Appointment Setting | Collaboration | Record Keeping and Reporting. Outbound calls of 80-1000 calls a day trying to source and set up appointments for our partners/stakeholders and be able to easily navigate tools like google apps, Microsoft products and other similar platforms for email calendar and meetings. Understand and use LinkedIn sales navigator to obtain key attributes and contact for clients. Other Responsibilities: Prospect and identify potential clients or customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. Conduct thorough research to understand the target market, identify key decision-makers, and gather relevant information about potential clients. Qualify leads and conduct initial outreach to introduce the company's products or services, creating interest and setting up meetings or appointments for the sales team. Actively engage in outbound prospecting efforts, reaching out to prospects and following up on leads to build relationships and convert opportunities into sales. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies for lead generation and conversion. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities, customer interactions, and sales opportunities in the company's CRM system. Participate in sales meetings, provide input on market trends and customer needs, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term business growth. Achieve or exceed assigned targets and goals for lead generation, sales conversion, and revenue generation.
