Business Development Representative

Join us as a Business Development Representative for our ShareFile group and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward.     In this role, you will:  Manage inbound sales requests received via web, email, and phone Prospect in a set list of in-market accountsRun outbound sales reach out through phone, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings with the leads from the target accountsUtilize different technologies to find the right decision-makers from the right accountWork alongside our sales team to target, map, and develop prospecting strategies to drive new business opportunitiesCollaborate with sales managers and sales teams to refine sales strategies and approachesMaintain and update Salesforce.com to accurately track all relative customer data, business insights, and record of interactionsUse sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Salesloft, SalesForce) to identify and qualify decision makers who can utilize Progress solutionsMeet the minimum requirements set by Sales Leadership for outbound calls per dayArticulate to customers the business and technical benefits of Progress solutionsInterpret customer requirements, proactively act to identify solutions that meet customer needsSet discovery meeting appointments for Regional Sales Teams Your background:  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience would be a plusExperience with Lead Generation (this is not a closing role)Enthusiastic, driven and confident personalityGo-getter, disciplined, systematic and organizedFluency in English is a must, fluency in any other foreign language is a benefit Competitive edge and thrives in a team environmentGood knowledge of LinkedInPassion for outbound sellingFamiliarity with Salesforce  If this sounds like you and fits your experience and career goals, we’d be happy to chat.
