Business Development Representative

Description We are on the lookout for a Business Development Representative to become part of our team in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. The role involves the use of sales tools such as a CRM, like Salesforce, to identify and connect with potential clients. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for implementing a strategic outbound calling approach, nurturing leads through the sales funnel, and managing a robust sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
• Utilize the Salesforce platform to identify potential buyers across the nation.
• Implement strategic outbound calling strategies, involving cold calling techniques.
• Manage and balance a robust sales pipeline, with a focus on nurturing existing leads and acquiring new ones.
• Cultivate leads through consistent follow-up, guiding them through the sales funnel.
• Work in a fast-paced tech startup environment, accelerating connections using power dialers like Dialpad.
• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Maintain precise customer credit records.
• Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development role
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline effectively
• Extensive experience in cold calling and converting prospects into clients
• Proficient in using the Salesforce Platform and Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Demonstrated ability to manage CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) for tracking client information and sales activity
• Exceptional skills in strategizing and implementing business development plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
