Your role will focus on driving sales growth by identifying, cultivating, and converting new accounts and product opportunities.  Led by the Sales and Marketing Manager, this opportunity suits someone who is self-motivated, a team player and has a drive to succeed in the Paint & Coatings industry. Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how:  Analyze the Paint & Coating market to identify potential opportunities, target companies, and key decision-makers to determine potential new business opportunities within Canada and the United States.Gain in-depth knowledge of BeautiTone's product assortments and their benefits to effectively drive value-based selling.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to uncover new business opportunities.Create and execute priority plans with a targeted approach to generate new accounts.  Develop and submit proposals and responses to RFPs from prospective customers, secure pricing and specifications approvals as needed.  Oversee customer projects and trials, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout.  Relay customer needs and feedback to relevant BeautiTone Team Members for timely action.  Prioritize resource allocation to ensure optimal support and alignment with business goals. We’re looking for: College Diploma in Business, Sales, or Marketing Five plus years of experience in various roles, with a proven track record of career growth in the Paint & Coatings industry.
