This process involves using various channels such as digital marketing, content creation, and events to generate leads that can be nurtured and converted into sales opportunities, thereby fueling business growth.

About The Role

Hit or exceed your monthly and annual targets and maintain consistently strong performance at 100% of your YTD goalsHit or exceed your daily contact targets and activity metricsCalling marketing leads, data base generated lists provided by Marketing, and referrals to nurture and create pipeline sales opportunities for our suite of solutions across all segments.Prospecting and cold calling self-generated lists (e.g., from social marketing mediums or Salesforce prospect lists) where appropriateSecure sales appointments through calling, emailing, social media and other lead generation activitiesQualify and follow up inbound leads coming from different sourcesUndertake activities in support of Marketing campaigns and events to support the organizations' strategic objectivesManage the lead pipeline and workload through the effective use of CRMs, telephony and other supporting technologyProvide insight and business intelligence to improve effectiveness and performance across all lead channel activities and campaignsDevelop and build sustainable relationships with internal sales stakeholders
 

About You

You’re a fit for this Business Development Representative role you will have:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degreeEngaging, energetic and coachable communicator with a keen interest in sales and/or marketing1+ years in customer support/inside sales/BDRTax solutions background/SaaS/Tech/Consulting firm desireableExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAgile learners – ability to learn something newCommitment to a schedule that coincides with the customer’s workdayStrong customer service and organization skillsExcellent interpersonal skills – the ability to communicate, persuade and influence diverse stakeholder groupsA team player able to work collaboratively and in a complex matrix environmentResults focused and self-motivating
