City Wide Business Development Representatives join an aggressive, highly productive sales team with a 50-year legacy of achievement. You will be the prospector, making connections and building relationships with clients to fill the sales pipeline. You will bring a deep understanding of our business to each contact, identifying opportunities for a broad range of services.

Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a consistent work ethic. You have the ability to work independently with minimal direction, but will collaborate well with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Identify janitorial sales targets by making proactive field visits, phone calls, and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate appointments. Sell City Wide services to potential prospects that results in sales.  Assist the sales team by providing product information, share sales ideas, gather competitive market data, and the development of sales quotes. Manage all sales prospecting and communication activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Handle incoming phone calls and requests for information. Support sales initiatives to achieve goals through calling and email campaigns. Support the sales team by creating sales presentations, scheduling appointments with prospects, communicating lost accounts and competitor analysis.
