Business Development Representative - APAC

Fingerprint empowers developers to stop online fraud at the source.

Our flagship open-source project is FingerprintJS (20K stars on GitHub).

Fingerprint is the global leader in device identification, helping businesses secure their online services and improve user experiences by providing robust device intelligence solutions. We are growing rapidly and looking for a driven and proactive BDR to join our team in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and prospect potential clients and business partners across the APAC region. Use email, phone, social media, and virtual or regional events to initiate meaningful conversations and build a strong sales pipeline.

Qualify Leads:
Engage with potential customers, understand their business needs, and qualify them based on their alignment with Fingerprint's product offerings and value proposition.

Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with the APAC sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads for further engagement and deal closure.

CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with prospects, ensuring all data is up-to-date in the CRM (Salesforce). Manage tasks and follow-ups to optimize pipeline efficiency.

Market Feedback:
Communicate insights and trends observed from interactions with leads to the product and marketing teams, helping shape product development and go-to-market strategies in the region.

Meet & Exceed Targets:
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and scheduled appointments. Play a key role in driving revenue growth in the APAC region.

Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor products, and emerging market trends. Leverage this knowledge to refine outreach strategies and better articulate Fingerprint’s value to potential clients.

Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a BDR or similar role in a SaaS environment. Proven track record of exceeding lead generation and outbound meeting targets. Experience in a hybrid model with both outbound and inbound lead generation. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach.io. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultural and professional environments. Ability to quickly understand Fingerprint’s product and articulate its value proposition to prospective clients. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, particularly in the APAC region. Knowledge of the cybersecurity or device identification space.
