We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth through strategic outreach and partnership development. This role is crucial in expanding our client's brand partnerships and market presence. The position exists to identify, engage, and secure new business relationships while maintaining the company's mission of promoting safer cosmetics and personal care products.

The Impact you’ll makeLead Generation \nBuild and maintain lists of potential brand partners\nResearch and identify key decision makers\nGenerate 30-50 qualified leads per cycle\nExecute targeted prospecting strategies\nCold Email Campaigns \nDesign and manage cold email sequences\nTrack and optimize email performance\nSecure 3-4 attended intro calls weekly\nMaintain high response rates\nSales Process Support \nConduct professional introductory video calls\nPresent company value proposition effectively\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders\nDocument all interactions in company systems\nProcess Improvement \nIdentify and implement efficiency improvements\nOptimize lead generation processes\nDevelop and maintain best practices\nCreate automated workflows where possible\nPerformance Tracking \nTrack key metrics using Time Doctor\nManage tasks through Redbooth\nProvide regular activity reports\nMaintain accurate records of all outreach\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nMinimum 2 years of business development or lead generation experience\nProven track record in cold outreach and email campaigns\nExperience using task management tools (Redbooth or similar)\nProficiency with time tracking systems (Time Doctor or similar)\nBachelor's degree preferred but not required if equivalent experience\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:
