This involves a comprehensive approach from initial contact to client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and effective sales process.

The Impact you’ll make\nIncrease revenue by converting potential buyers into customers.\nImprove customer experience with effective calls, proposals, and smooth onboarding.\nBuild strong client relationships through great service and regular communication.\nSupport sustainability by promoting the client's eco-friendly solutions.\nYour Tasks:\nProduct Mastery: Become an expert on the client’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively position offerings.\nSales Process Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.\nConduct Outbound Outreach:Engage potential buyers through outbound calls as part of a B2C campaign.\nConsultative Selling: Engage deeply with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.\nSet-Up Appointments: Schedule meetings with the internal sales team to advance the sales process.\nDiscovery and Scoping Calls: Conduct initial discovery and scoping calls with prospects to understand their needs and align solutions.\nProposal Drafting and Negotiation: Create tailored proposals and facilitate negotiations to close deals.\nClient Onboarding: Lead client onboarding calls with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition and integration.\nCRM Management: Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) records to track interactions and progress with prospects and clients.\n

Required Experience\nAt least 2 years of experience in B2C or B2B cold calling campaigns.\nExperience in discovery calls, scoping calls, creating proposals, and client onboarding.\nExcellent communication skills with a neutral or near-native American accent.\nSteady employment record with an average tenure of at least 1 year across roles.\nQuota-driven mindset: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, i5/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, or MacOs Ventura and up.\nAt least 50 MBPS wired internet connection and a back-up internet\nWorking noise-canceling headset\n- Working camera\n\n\n
