Why does this role exist?
Our client is looking for experienced sales professionals to conduct end-to-end sales, from initial cold outreach to closing deals. This role involves engaging cold leads who have no prior knowledge of our services, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships to successful closures.

The Impact you’ll make\nConduct cold outreach to leads with zero prior exposure to our services\nUtilize consultative selling techniques to probe for qualification and tailor value propositions\nPerform lead enrichment and research to acquire alternative contact details when necessary\nHandle objections and provide effective rebuttals throughout the sales process\nSchedule detailed appointments, discerning between booking immediate meetings and arranging follow-ups\nNurture leads through the entire sales cycle, from opening to closing\nTurn over closed deals to the relationship manager\nUpdate and maintain customer information in CRM systems\n

Required Experience\nAt LEAST 1 year of Cold Outreach Experience in a B2B setting\nMinimum of 2 years of Sales Experience, preferably in end-to-end sales roles\nSales Closing Experience\nExperience with US clients\nProven track record of strong sales performance\n\nEssential Skills and Qualities \nExcellent English communication skills with a confident, conversational tonality\nProficiency in consultative selling/probing techniques and tailored value proposition methods\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with proactivity and drive for continuous learning\nAdaptability to change and new strategies\nStrong decision-making skills through thoughtful analysis\nDetermination and resilience in facing challenges\n\nPreferred (but not required) \nInterest or experience in selling marketing solutions\nFamiliarity with the beauty and wellness industries\nYour superpowers are… \nYou excel at engaging in confident and positive conversations.\nYour commitment shines through in a successful appointment setting.\nYou adapt to change and new strategies effortlessly.\nYou can consultative-ly probe businesses' pain points to cater fit the product to their needs.\n\n

What to Expect?Your journey with us consists of three key milestones:\n10-day training period, 8 hours per day\nDaily and weekly performance incentives during training\nAll training hours paid at $8 per hour, issued after 2 weeks Must have complete attendance and commit no violations during training\n\nFull-time freelance engagement post-training, $1280/month (or an hourly rate of $8) plus performance-based incentives ranging $20-120 a week\n\n
