We are looking for a Business Development Representative to focus on our Briostack Pest Control and Lawn SaaS solution. Briostack is a rapidly scaling SaaS solution servicing the Pest Control and Lawn industry as part of EverCommerce’s EverPro vertical. Our solution is purpose built for the needs of pest control and lawn maintenance companies including CRM, scheduling, route optimization, and billing and collection. Our goal is to build software so good that no one can offer a close substitute, and we are building a world-class team to help us grow / scale our capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Qualify marketing leads and set up sales calls for Account Executives
Identify and properly qualify business opportunities and qualified leads
Present business solutions to prospective customers
Skills and Experience Needed for Success in this role:
Demonstrated results in the solutions-based selling process
Ability to work in a fluid/changing marketplace
Strong organizational, managerial, and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers
Maintain accurate client communication
Great verbal and written skills
Preferably at least 1-3 years professional B2B selling/setting experience in technology sales
Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
Successful experience at new account development
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
Consistent over-achievement in past positions. Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results
Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States, though most of the Briostack BDR team sits in Lehi, UT. We would prefer this person to be based in the greater Salt Lake City area. We have a hybrid in-office arrangement, working 2-3 days/week to work in-office. Candidates should be willing to commute to and work from our office in Lehi at least 2-3x per week. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
Compensation:
The target base compensation for this role is $35,000 to $40,000, with an additional $30,000 in first year on-target commissions. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
