Primoris Engineering is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our engineering group in Houston. The ideal candidate will possess a strong hunter mentality for sales and willingness to engage in cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and other outreach methods. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners in the engineering sector. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and engagement. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows, representing [Your Company Name] and promoting our services. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our engineering solutions. Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in our CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong interest in sales and business development, with a proven willingness to make cold calls. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed. Ability to travel frequently and adapt to last-minute event commitments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.Company Overview
