**Role Summary**
Due to our expansive growth we are seeking outstanding people to join our team in our growing Digital Sales organization. As a BDR, you will cultivate our strategic, enterprise & mid-market businesses by partnering with our Sales teams to build opportunities in existing customer and prospect account accounts.

**What you'll get to do**
+ Conduct 55+ outbound calls per day to execute highly focused campaigns to create & accelerate pipeline
+ Grow territory by conducting research on new lines of business & personas to pull new contacts into the conversations with the account team
+ Creatively cut through the noise in the prospect’s inbox by transforming intent signals into actionable messaging
+ Gain experience growing a book of business through executing strategic land & expand plays that will prepare you for the next sales role
**Must-have Qualifications**
+ Located near one of our fun locations & have the ability to commute to our Splunk office 1-3x per quarter. This role does not offer relocation assistance
+ 1+ Years of demonstrated ability selling or building pipeline for SaaS solutions

**OTE Range**
For sales roles starting salaries are expressed as On Target Earnings or OTE (OTE = base + on-target incentives in the form of sales commission plans).

On Target Earnings: CAD 76,000.00 - 104,500.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the On Target Earnings (OTE) range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the OTE will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. **In addition to OTE, this role may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.**
