Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly effective market specific Dental Business Development/Sales Representative to develop and execute sales strategies and attract new clients. This position will be responsible for developing and nurturing lead sources, qualifying prospects, originating new accounts, growing customers and managing sales of our services.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on potential clients. Weekly expectations: 50+ calls, 25+ office visits, 2-3 lunch/learns resulting in 3+ monthly new GP activations.
+ Develop referral partnerships with other dental industry sales professionals
+ Tracking of all outreach (calls, visits, etc..) into company HubSpot CRM
+ Attend and lead business lunch/dinner, sales meetings & events, conferences, job fair's or any other business development functions
+ Forecast sales targets and provide feedback to management
Qualifications:
+ Proven tactical dental sales and negotiations experience
+ Ability to work autonomously but also highly functional in a team environment
+ Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
+ Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software and CRM
+ Must have reliable transportation; and receptive to flexible hours
