QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Business Administration/ Economics, Architecture or any related courses Strong background in Feasibility Studies and Financial Analysis. Person of good moral character and integrity. Good public relation skills. Outstanding communication skills both verbal or written communication. Real Estate experience is an advantage. Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must have excellent decision-making skills Must be willing to work in Makati City Atleast 2 years experience in land Acquisition but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducts site or raw land analysis and selection, market studies and competitive survey to recommend viability of a project. Develops conceptual, business plans, and feasibility studies through preparation of cash flow studies and point estimates. Prepares Net Present Value computations for financing option. Review contracts and legal documents related to prior to property acquisition. Liaises with government agencies with regard to property under review.
