Scope
Key Responsibilities
In newly acquired implant sales channels (universities, new clinics, DSOs, health tourism), to create, implement, follow up, and when necessary periodically monitor general or tailor-made DS product knowledge trainings for healthcare personnel according to their specific needs. At the same time, to equip DS sales personnel with this knowledge so they can successfully sell, and to take the lead in teaching product features to internal and external customers during new product launches and brand transition processes To determine and organize that month’s T&E customer needs through regular monthly meetings with the RSM and Commercial Leader, and to extract and quantify the previous month’s implementations on a customer-by-customer basis. Support the regional marketing & sales teams by providing in country guidance and an expert opinion when required Work with marketing team to update/develop new training and education materials based on identified needs, including case reports etc. Delivery of salesforce and dealer training programs in collaboration with marketing Monitor clinical publications and provide relevant updates to sales and marketing Responsible for controlling, monitoring and updating the training and education budget with forecasted/actual spend on monthly basis Develop and implement process to measure end-user need satisfaction (KPIs) Develop and implement curriculum and course delivery according to educational needs in line with local plan execution Coordinate with event planner to plan events, determine budget need, evaluate ROI and ensure successful event management Maintain records of customers interested in CE courses, follow up, input leads onto CRM from events Manage ordering of free/demo stock, monitor and maintain course equipment and consumables Compliance with Corporate guidance and initiatives, (including PPSA/OPL payments) and provision of statistical data analysis Support commercial and marketing leads in drafting commercial plans Study competitor products in the field and report to internal technical departments for benchmarking purposes, Build-up a link between product management and dealers for product related technical issuesRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in a dental faculty (dentist diploma) Five (5) years of clinical experience or advanced knowledge in dental sector Knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines Experience of facilitating and supporting change Ideally international market experience Excellent level of English language skills and local language Proven track record of successful/practical commercial strategy development Strong understanding of marketing channel development and execution. Demonstrates effective business writing skills.
