To be part of our challenging, passionate world we are looking for a \"Business Development Specialist\" to be charged in our HUGO BOSS İzmir factory.
What you can expect:
\n\tLeading & coordinating corporate strategic projects and programs,\n\tDeveloping project management methodology, procedures, standards,\n\tCarrying out holistic flow management and FOCUS based project needs analysis and management,\n\tManaging and reporting the Value Added Analysis, Holistic Value Analysis and Loss Analysis processes,\n\tEvaluating the current state of business processes and determining the requirements,\n\tPreparing value stream process maps, project plans, work flow charts and all other relevant documents,\n\tMonitoring and reporting process improvement and development projects,\n\tCarrying out studies to increase efficiency and reduce costs,\n\tSupervising the compliance of business operations with the procedures and standards of the institution,\n\tIdentifying and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to processes,\n\tMaking risk assessments,\n\tCoordinating between departments and managing projects.\n
Your profile:
\n\tBachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Textile Engineering,\n\tMinimum 5 years of experience,\n\tPMP Certificate and 6 Sigma(green belt) is a plus,\n\tExperience in successfully supporting organization wide change efforts (with Project manegement and business development),\n\tExperience in defining and executing projects,\n\tBusiness analytics skills with understanding of KPIs and associated numbers,\n\tClear and effective communication skills both verbal and written,\n\tFluent in English, both written and spoke,\n\tCo-operations and people management skills.\n
