What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
Hunting for Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, projects, and partnerships within the commercial construction industry. Crafting Winning Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans aligned with company goals. Building Lasting Connections: Cultivate strong relationships with architects, engineers, and decision-makers who drive the industry forward. Closing the Deal: Qualify leads, prepare compelling proposals, and turn opportunities into long-term business partnerships. Staying Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to spot emerging opportunities. Collaborating for Success: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and impactful project proposals.What We’re Looking For
If you’re ambitious, proactive, and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates will have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5-10 years of proven success in business development within the construction industry. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A knack for identifying opportunities and building strong client relationships.
