Description & Principal Purpose
The position will work closely with the National Sales Manager, Vietnam in executing Vision Care business strategies to achieve preset KPIs.
KPI’s: Sales revenue , Day Sales Outstanding ,NPS Score
Main tasksIncluding but not limited to;
1. Detailing company products to optical outlets
2. Working towards monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the National Sales Manager
3. Progressing towards activity targets and KPIs set by the National Sales Manager
4. Attending to customers’ needs and requirements as well as providing prompt after-sales service
5. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and new customers
6. Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales
7. Gathering of customer and market information
8. Gaining clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
9. Representing the company in trade shows, events and exhibitions
10. Advising customers on new products and special promotions
11. Reviewing sales targets and aiming to exceed sales targets
12. Attending team meetings and sharing the best practice with colleagues
13. Follow-up closely with accounts receivables to ensure targeted bill collection ratio
14. Establish good visual visibility display for brand awareness
15. Plan and execute account promotions and marketing activities
16. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
Requirements
Education
Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or OptometryExperience
At least 2 years related work experiencePreferably from the optical industryOther skills
Previous experience in a sales roleSelf-motivated and organized individual with a positive can-do attitudeTrack record of achieving KPIs and targetsOutgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgroundsHonest with strong sense of integrity and will to do the right thingGood commercial sense and business acumenStrong presentation and selling skillsYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:
