The Opportunity The Business Development Specialist program is a full-time employment opportunity designed to develop individuals with a desire to grow their sales careers through an immersive training program. As a part of this program, you will shadow and subsequently work alongside the Finance & Insurance (F&I) Account Executive team as they sell new business to increase market share, expand the penetration of their existing customer base, and retain business through high quality customer satisfaction.
