The Business Development Specialist is responsible for leveraging data analysis to identify potential new business opportunities, evaluate market trends, and develop strategic growth plans by collaborating closely with the business development team, primarily focusing on research, market insights, and data-driven decision making to drive revenue and market share expansion. Conducting in-depth market analysis to identify potential customer segments, competitor landscape, industry trends, and emerging opportunities. Assist with comprehensive business cases to support new business initiatives, including financial modeling, ROI calculations, and risk assessments.  Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate key insights and recommendations to senior management and the business development team. Working closely with marketing, sales, product development, and operations teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.

What it takes?

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business or related2+ years of experience in construction industry is desiredExperience with business development in Construction IndustryProficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPointWillingness and ability to travel up to 50%Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles driven and an acceptable driving recordExcellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively
