Esta posición tiene como misión principal, implementar e identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, establecer relaciones clave con los stakeholders del ámbito sanitario privado y colaborar con sociedades científicas. Responsabilidades Principales Implementar y colaborar con la dirección en estrategias de desarrollo de negocio dirigidas a grupos hospitalarios privados dentro del sector sanitario y sociedades científicas. Identificar y evaluar nuevas oportunidades de mercado en el ámbito hospitalario, analizando tendencias y necesidades de los stakeholders clave, así como realizar visitas periódicas a consejos generales de colegios de farmacia, distribuidores farmacéuticos, grupos de compra colegios oficiales así como grupos aseguradores de salud. Establecer y mantener relaciones estratégicas a largo plazo con la dirección de los grupos hospitalarios privados, así como con administradores y responsables de compras. Desarrollar en conjunto con la dirección, planes operativos en colaboración con los equipos de Ventas, PHAMs y Marketing, con el fin de diseñar propuestas de valor alineadas con las necesidades específicas de cada cliente. Generar un plan anual de engagement, identificando acciones para alcanzar y comprometer a los principales stakeholders de la sanidad privada. Asistir y participar en foros y eventos donde se discutan decisiones clave relacionadas con la prevención y el sector sanitario. Requisitos Básicos Experiencia en ventas. Valorable conocimientos sobre el ecosistema hospitalario privado. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para establecer relaciones de alto nivel con stakeholders estratégicos de sociedades científicas. Competencias en gestión de proyectos, trabajo en equipo y colaboración transversal con diferentes departamentos. Habilidad para identificar oportunidades de negocio y adaptar propuestas comerciales a las necesidades del cliente. Orientación a resultados y capacidad para generar y ejecutar estrategias efectivas.
