• conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and emerging talent acquisition strategies within the financial services sector
• organize, track, and deliver insights related to talent attraction & management, licensing and designations, headcount, real estate, structural management, DE&I, and career development
• analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruiting, onboarding, training, development, talent, compensation, and retention to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives
• develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards in collaboration with our business planning and execution team to track key metrics
