**Business Development Supervisor II**
**BASIC FUNCTIONS**
Responsible for the achievement of market penetration plan in Indonesia, by accelerate showrooms
and distributor expansion.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- With a focused job description that only focuses on hunting for more distributors and developing more new showrooms from new or existing distributors, and to achieve footprint expansion growth in the main islands such as Java, Bali, Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi.
- This position will be responsible for leading the development of the showroom from the acquisition stage to launch and thereafter will be handed over to the designated sales force for operations
- This position will be responsible for establishing the best format and ratio of showrooms and distributors per area based on GDP, population, and future market potential.
- Build the best product matrix together with channel marketing to generate a standardized product matrix based on market needs, regional culture, and customer preferences
- Build a consistent and long-term sales network and assist in the assessment and development of new networks.
**RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS**
- Report directly to Head of National Sales, K&B Indonesia
- Frequent contact with Marketing Department, Technical Department and Supply Chain to ensure all marketing brand awareness placements in showrooms, and product selection.
**Skills/Requirements**
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
University graduated, major in business administration or marketing
At least 4 years’ experience in Business development & marketing management
