Business Enablement Manager

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.  A master’s degree in Communications or Organizational Development is a strong asset. 

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, or related fields.  Proven experience leading communication on large-scale transformations or change initiatives.  Experience in the healthcare/homecare industry is preferred but not required. 

Other Skills/Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and communication tools.  Experience with internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, intranet systems,).  Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).  Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual assets.  Experience with video creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere or similar tools).
