Business Engagement - Technology Communications Lead

Would you like to help our new WTW Technology organisation to unlock the full business value of our continuously improving services through creative and coordinated engagement to over 45,000 colleagues and their leadership teams? You’ll be a critical member of our Technology Business Engagement team, joining the dots between our technology services and delivery under our transformed operating model and our business colleagues, providing communication material across a variety of media and platforms. You’re role in supporting communication activities will also be helping the us motivate and empower our colleagues by delivering high impact engagement that enable our talented teams to bring their whole selves to work, to fully utilise our technology services and maximise their impact on business results.

The Role

Enhance WTW colleague engagement and capability levels with targeted engagement through development and delivery of communication Work with WTW Technology Engagement Leaders to align the WTW Technology narrative to the broader enterprise and business strategies both common to all and unique to specific geographies Draft and deliver through Business Engagement regular communications in terms of Newsletters, Intranet Articles, Knowledge Sharing and Advisory Group meeting materials  Work closely with our global and local communications groups and specialists to ensure success of communications programs, campaigns, printing, delivery and all facets of the are delivered as expected Responsible for ensuring that teams always follow standard procedures in support of a high-quality communication and collaboration experience

The Requirements

Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of executing communication methodologies in a global organization that inform and change behavior.Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and listeningDemonstrate ability to execute a global campaign with multiple communication approaches (video, print, electronic, apps, etc.)Ability to understand and simplify technical instructions so they are understandable and easy to followExperience working in an environment which utilizes knowledge management and self-serviceA heavy focus on customer awareness, service, customer experience and usabilityExperience of producing and utilizing graphics / imagery to effectively tell a storyActively promotes ideas, proposals, influences strategy, encourage innovation and manages changeAbility to pivot orientation from technology to business colleagues with a strong bias toward actionEffective and calm under pressureAbility to influence, network and collaborate with stakeholders
