ICS Nordic is looking for a Project analyst to join their Business Excellence Consumer team. The team works with Regulatory changes projects, ORE, and various business initiatives, as well as supporting and coordinating some of local digital capabilities and infrastructure.

 What you will do

Support and lead Regulatory change projects, Operational Risk Event, audit, and business initiatives. Support local digital capabilities developed with third-party vendors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Servicing, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to drive process efficiency and value for our customers. Support ICS project tracking & update – milestone timeline, at risk items, next steps.

You should have

Business proficiency in both verbal & written Swedish and English. Project management experience in Finance/Banking/IT Industry/Business Travel. Bachelor's or Masters Degree in similar field Excellent communication and analytical skills. Experience in working with large amount of data and process flows. Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
