Lead & support continuous improvement problem solving/projects, developing your lean, six sigma skills Identify, lead and support lean initiatives to support business unit objectives using the appropriate methodologies (Standard work, 5S, Value stream mapping) Lead projects to improve Lead Time by reducing Non-Value-Adding activities using the right continuous improvement (CI) tools Coordinate and prioritize all Cl initiatives in close collaboration with the business (Cl Projects and Orange/Green Belt coaching) Contribute as a key player in the deployment of GSK’s production system (GPS) strategy Support GPS deployment to implement and maintain lean standards in a manufacturing & production environment Drive Performance Management in the manufacturing areas, working with the teams to establish process performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain lean standards Train, coach and support employees and managers in a manufacturing environment in applying CI techniques and tools Use advanced technology tools (e.g. AI, PowerBI) to support data collection and data analysis to increase process productivity and efficiency Work towards the Six Sigma Orange Belt certification in the first year Gain an understanding of our supply chain processes What are we looking for?
