Madinat Jumeirah is also home to over 50 world-class restaurants and bars, as well as a traditional souk featuring Arabian shopping stands, barrows and stalls with a blend of boutique brands, souvenir gift shops, and luxury fashion and jewellery outlets. **About the Job:** An opportunity has arisen for a **Manager** to join our **Business Excellence Team** at **The Madinat Jumeirah** . The main duties and responsibilities of this role: + **Strategy:** Training and coaching senior management on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and supporting objective setting and budget planning. + **Stakeholder Feedback:** Ensuring regular collection and integration of internal and external feedback into business decisions. + **Document Management:** Ensuring compliance with document management policies. + **Training:** Providing Business Management and Business Excellence training, ensuring proficiency in reporting tools, and certifying Internal Quality Reviewers. + **Measurement and Analysis:** Analyzing key performance data and facilitating quarterly business performance reviews. + **Review and Assessment:** Overseeing internal quality reviews, corrective actions, and third-party assessments. + **Team Leadership:** Leading and developing the Business Excellence team and supporting succession planning. + **Accreditation and Awards:** Managing third-party quality reviews and business excellence award submissions. + **Benchmarking:** Organizing benchmarking trips and tracking post-visit improvement actions. The role ensures that business objectives align with strategic goals, performance is continually improved, and stakeholders' needs are met. **About you:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + 3+ years in Quality Management (service industry). + Experience in implementing quality/business excellence processes. + Ability to facilitate senior staff groups. + Graduate Degree in Business Excellence/Quality/Business Management discipline Desirable: + Regionally Recognised Excellence Award Assessor + Qualified ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor + Six sigma certified, green belt or black belt **About the Benefits:** We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
