In this role, you will:

Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groupsReview basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunitiesReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiativesCollaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partnersProvide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

6+ months of experience in Strategy and/or Analytics6+ months of experience in Financial Services or Management Consulting6+ months of experience in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent6+ months of experience in SAS, SQL, Python or equivalentDegree in quantitative disciplines or data-intensive fields, such as Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or Actuarial Science.Reporting and analytics work experience.VBA Macros and automation.Experience in Python.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExtensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis. Proficient with SAS / SQL to effectively obtain and merge data, perform analytics, and automate reporting from various sources.Advance level Tableau abilities and a proven history of maximizing Tableau's capabilities in visualizations.Basic Python and advanced analytics experience would be an added advantage.Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-experts using data visualizations.Proficient with MS – Excel functions and formulaFlexible with work hours / scheduleWilling to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
