Business Execution Associate

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate. (FINRA & LOQ)


In this role, you will:

Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups.Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities.Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives.Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners.Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 1:30PM-10:30PM IST. Hours may vary based on business needs also might require flexibility to work 4.30 PM-1.30 AM IST during training period.This position requires 4 days in office, one day remote working. This is subject to change.Support Reg Z Loan Originator Qualifications process by applying strong analytical, solid troubleshooting, technical and problem resolution skills to mitigate operational risk that arises from inadequate or failed internal processes, people, systems or external events.  Support case file reviews and other tasks associated with screening applicants for Loan Originator Qualification.  Mentor other employees in completion of workflow, answer questions, identification of training opportunities, and identify process improvements and operational risks. Act as SME for the case review process by evaluating supporting documents, formulating and presenting findings to the review committee in compliance with policy and procedures.Provide SME support by reviewing guidelines and procedures for accuracy and make necessary recommendations. Participate in internal system UAT testing, as necessary.Act as team SME for team processes and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of processes and internal controls to ensure compliance to policies, procedures and guidelines.Identify operational risk issues including but not limited to the daily analysis of workflow monitoring; advise management of identified risk and provide recommendation when remediation is necessary. Work with and provide support for HR and business partners on loan originator qualification topics.Provide basic departmental backup and support of team operational tasks and manager.Act as backup for team email box that provide support by answering routine questions, solving basic problems, mentoring and training support.Run and/or evaluate data for workflow reports.Complete with internal quality reviews of completed workflow. Assist with and recommend ongoing workflow improvement efforts. Administer corrections to any issues resulting from internal and/or external compliance examinations. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications, :

5+ Years of Business Operations, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of Reg Z Loan Originator Qualification requirements and Reg V Fair Credit Reporting Act.Experienced CERT LOQ module system user.Experienced in evaluating credit reports.Understanding of basic MS Access and Microstrategy.Experience with UAT testing.  Experience researching and compiling complex operational data.Experience requiring strong analytical, solid troubleshooting, technical and problem resolution skills. Job related experience that requires high attention to detail and accuracy.Must be able to handle multiple competing deadlines and requests through strong self-organizational skills.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Works well in a team environment; demonstrates respect and collaboration with team and 3rd parties.
