Business Execution Consultant – Total Rewards Incentive Compensation

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within HR Total Rewards Incentive Compensation Center of Excellence. This role will support the Wealth and Investment Management Line of Business.

In this role, you will:

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.

Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics.

Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work

Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.

Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables.

Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.

Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business.

Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.

Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Support the incentive compensation plans for the Financial Advisors and Managers in Wells Fargo Advisors as well as practices within Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network

Execute and oversee controls supporting Wells Fargo Advisors including the Succession programs, New Hire programs, and employee bonus/loan arrangements

Be accountable for proper execution of Controls and associated procedures ensuring procedures are used every time and that all documentation is maintained

Manage/oversee the day-to-day duties of the incentive plans for which you are responsible for, with the ultimate objective of accurate and timely payouts.

Provide excellent customer service to plan participants, managers and key stakeholders for all inquiries.

Collaborate effectively to identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate opportunities.

Ability to work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.

Act as a subject matter expert on the various systems and applications supporting Human Resources and Incentive Compensation

Ensure incentive calculation is accurate within the Incentive System and retain evidence of the review.

Maintain documentation, procedures, job aids etc. to support the administration process and respective applications/systems ensuring a full understanding of the end to end processes.


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Forward thinking with the ability to problem solve

Attention to details with a focus on executing effectively.

Organizational skills to prioritize tasks.

Experience with ownership and execution of Controls and Procedural documentation

Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to adapt to changing business needs. Hands on style; proven ability to structure tasks or projects, execute and achieve targeted results and develop and manage associated goals and plans

Experience navigating large, sensitive data sets

SQL Experience preferred but not required

Human Resources/Incentive Compensation experience a plus

Experience with Jira and Varicent preferred, but not required.

Knowledge of Wealth and Investment Management, preferred but not required.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
