Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant. This team member will play a key role focused on delivering platform support and maintenance, operational and user support, driving adoption across various marketing and support platforms.

Provide user support and perform maintenance activities for workflow tools such as AprimoProvide support, governance, development, and maintenance for operational platforms such as AprimoUse no/low code configuration functionality within the tools to enable features and functionality not available to the end-users.Play a significant role with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)for new features and functionality.Work with partners to define and deliver requirements for operational and process adherence tracking/reportingEnsure controls are met such as Downtime Tracking, User Access, and recertification.2+ years of experience with Marketing technology platforms especially in workflow tools like Aprimo or Red OakExperience with rolling out and supporting a complex marketing applications Ability to identify business improvement opportunities and drive completion of tasks, projects and initiativesAdvanced proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Desk and ConfluenceAbility to learn new systems and interfaces in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) experienceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Job Expectations:
