About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant. This team member will play a key role focused on delivering platform support and maintenance, operational and user support, driving adoption across various marketing and support platforms.

In this role, you will:

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectivesIdentify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metricsDetermine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of workReview and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectationsUtilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverablesPresent recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the businessExercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of businessCollaborate and consult with leaders and executive managementProvide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Provide user support and perform maintenance activities for workflow tools such as AprimoProvide support, governance, development, and maintenance for operational platforms such as AprimoUse no/low code configuration functionality within the tools to enable features and functionality not available to the end-users.Play a significant role with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)for new features and functionality.Work with partners to define and deliver requirements for operational and process adherence tracking/reportingEnsure controls are met such as Downtime Tracking, User Access, and recertification.2+ years of experience with Marketing technology platforms especially in workflow tools like Aprimo or Red OakExperience with rolling out and supporting a complex marketing applications Ability to identify business improvement opportunities and drive completion of tasks, projects and initiativesAdvanced proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Desk and ConfluenceAbility to learn new systems and interfaces in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) experienceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
