In this role, you will:
Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions
Present recommendations for resolving business problems
Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules
Provide information about communication between business and technology teams
Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with and knowledge of United States ACH Rules and processing
Experience with troubleshooting of technical and complex issues
Strong written and verbal communication
Production support
Support the following activities for ACH Mainframe, Global Payment System, CEO Payments, and iNet distributed applications
Investigation of complex technical production issues
Research and remediation of moderate to complex ACH requests
Ad hoc data requests
Building and maintaining reporting and dashboards in Tableau
Write test scripts and test ACH System code prior to it going into production
Act as Subject Matter expert on conference calls with internal partners
Identify and submit recommendations for ACH System improvements
Service Now request fulfillment
Inquiries received via ACH Operations, Systems, Product, or other channels
Point of escalation for ACH
Lead production issues and determine use of MIM
Liaison with systems and developers for research, testing, or issue resolution
Log production issues for reporting
Communication of issues: On-going, resolution, and root cause
Direct customer support on customer specific needs
Augment production staff in BCP situations
Production defect oversight
Data and impact lists for production impacts
24/7 On-call support
Project support
ACH processing and operational SME
Assist with development of User Stories and test scripts
User Testing
Post production validation and monitoring
Data gathering and analysis
Determine population and provide contacts for Communication of functional product changes or production incidents
Business Continuity
Complete required annual BCP training
Complete required testing, documentation, and approvals per enterprise BCP guidelines
Collaborate with IT and businesses on recovery planning
Business support for infrastructure changes
Network connection changes
Major Systems upgrades
