The CIB Client Engagement Team provides a cohesive platform to manage client engagement opportunities such as client events, industry conferences, and sponsorships while connecting senior leaders to clients through a strategic, genuine and measured approach. This position will assist the Head of Client Engagement in the program management, strategy and ideation of Client Engagement efforts.
In this role, you will:
Assist the Head of Client Engagement with oversight of client engagements by coordinating with various businesses on project management, client nominations, tracking of invites and registrations, reporting on the efforts to stakeholders and preparing post event recaps.Gathering of key details regarding engagements and preparation of materials to include in Senior Leader briefs.Support strategic initiatives by developing and updating presentations for discussions with Senior Leaders.Assist with the communication strategy to maximize client engagement opportunities and proactively identifying potential events in key markets for client hosting. Research new and innovative engagement opportunities that can be presented.Assist with CIB owned hospitality assets and liaise with partners on other company owned assets to ensure best usage.Periodically assist onsite at client events connecting leaders with clients and ensuring client experience is consistently best in class.Aid in streamlining processes and generate efficiencies.Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education .Desired Qualifications:
Financial industry knowledge as it relates to Corporate and Investment Banking. Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups.Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrentlyStrong independent thinking skillsAbility to work in a fast paced deadline driven environmentPosting Location: Charlotte, NC; New York, NY
