Business Execution Consultant - Tax Operations

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant.


In this role, you will:

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectivesIdentify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metricsDetermine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of workReview and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectationsUtilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverablesPresent recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the businessExercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of businessCollaborate and consult with leaders and executive managementProvide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education


Desired Qualifications:

Experience in global or multifunctional organizations.Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Experience in tracking headcount and financials, with an understanding of key metrics and how they align with business objectives.Ability to analyze, synthesize, and present data in a clear and concise mannerExpertise in creating content and presentation that are engaging and clear for senior leaders, with a strong focus on delivering key updates and progress reports effectively.Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Familiarity with transactional risks and the ability to make improvements to risk materials that provide strategic value and actionable insights.Amenable to work on a permanent night shift and follows US holiday scheduleAmenable to onsite reporting in Five Neo Building 31st Street BGC Taguig City

Job Expectations:

Provide detailed and actionable insights through consistent tracking and reporting of headcount and financial metrics.Ensure alignment with business goals through continuous monitoring of taxation and expertise level.Deliver high-quality, polished materials to senior management that clearly highlight progress and identify areas for improvement.Drive improvement in processes and materials to enhance clarity and efficiency in status reporting.
