Business Execution Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager.


In this role, you will:

Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of businessEngage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiativesIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control developmentMake decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectivesInterpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectivesCollaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partnersInteract directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and ExecutionManage allocation of people and financial resources for Business ExecutionMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years Leadership experienceExperience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationLeadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

MBA/equivalent advanced degree, or equivalent experience4+ years of experience with project management, business execution, risk management, business solutions and/or quality assurance/surveillanceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, portray great levels of accountability and attention to detailCandidates should be able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while maintaining quality, accuracy and integrityCandidates should have experience presenting information to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding at all levels with the ability to develop and negotiate solutions to issues with partners or clients including escalations as neededCandidates should be able to work in a global team, interact at different levels and handle a wide range of deliverables with varying levels of complexities with focus on execution and resultAdvanced Microsoft Office skills to create persuasive PowerPoint presentations; Strong analytical skills leveraging Microsoft Excel/Access

Job Expectation:

Experience working with data analytics, business intelligence, and data governance to drive tactical and strategic decisions and planningExperience identifying and driving process improvements in complex environmentsAbility to understand and work with data, including creating alignment among various data sources, developing trends, and creating risk-based analytics from multiple information sources. Experience with BI tools (ex. Alteryx, tableau is valuedProven ability and experience in being able to look at the big picture across a risk program and implement successful strategy and solutionsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to effectively multi-task and successfully work on several unrelated projects at the same time
