The purpose of this role is intended to transform the productivity of the Routes to Revenue function, ensuring that actions determined at a range of business meetings are effectively recorded, tracked and driven through to a timely and successful conclusion.

You will provide support on key strategic initiatives and own the operating cadence at the Sr. leadership level, having holistic coordination across the full spectrum of operational activities and strategic initiatives.

You will be accountable for efficient decision making and execution through to the continuous prioritization of actions, proper process, and effective communications.

This is a highly visible role whereby you will be introduced to the business in its entirety, from strategy and decision-making at the highest levels of the organization and fostering close working relationships with senior management across Sages global business.

Naturally, you will be a highly proactive individual, comfortable navigating a dynamic and fast-paced organisation, and experienced with managing day-to-day operational requirements at a tactical level.
