The Business Executive (m/f/d) supports the Managing Director Iberia both operationally and strategically in the day-to-day activities of the company, thereby increasing productivity. The tasks of this position encompass all aspects of an executive assistant with the aim of enabling management to work efficiently.
The job involves intense cooperation both locally and internationally. This may include preparing presentations or decision documents, tracking projects and interdepartmental initiatives, creating and monitoring data summaries and KPIs, or preparing and following up on management meetings and negotiations. The position holder is the right-hand person to the Managing Director and is responsible for the flow of information in all its forms. Additionally, the Business Executive will lead individual projects of great relevance to the business in Spain and Portugal.
This is a developmental role that introduces the Business Executive to the entire organization, strategy, and decision-making at the highest level, and establishes strong relationships with senior leaders both in Iberia and internationally.
This role ensures that actions determined in business meetings are recorded, monitored, and carried out effectively until their timely and satisfactory conclusion.
Due to the varied nature of this position, we are looking for a highly proactive candidate with experience in a fast-paced global organization. They should have solid project management experience and experience managing daily tactical requirements as well as operating at a strategic level.
This person should foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective operation and success of the organization in all business areas.
