Position Summary
Functional and technical solution design for workstream(Engineering to Order)based on business- / IT requirements & architectural guidelines, coordination & channeling of dev. & config. Work.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related filed.

Experience
1、2+ Years of professional experience with a focus on (large-scale) business transformations, ideally in SAP context and with a background in business process management consulting.
2、Sound understanding of common E2E business processes in case of Engineering-to-Order,
3、Consulting firm and internal solutioning dept. experience preferred
4、In-depth knowledge of technologies (incl. cloud) and functionalities in SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems (e.g., AEB, OpenText), incl. their integration. Experience with steering external providers, system integrators or consultancies.
5、Ability to manage relationships and communication with multiple resources and delivery teams. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
6、Proven experience with business requirements mgt. and design of business processes
7、Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems
8、SBU/segment-specific (industry) knowledge
9、Excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills
10、Willingness to travel (at least 50%)
11、Fluent in English and Chinese.

Main Tasks
1、Design functional & technical SAP S/4HANA solutions (incl. integration with satellite systems) based on business & IT requirements.
2、Provide guidance for & steer junior hub business experts (e.g.: requirements management, design & pre-construction, BOM& routings creation, pre-fabrication management, handover to installation, quality management…etc.
3、Coordination & channeling of development work towards the global development factories.
4、Provide expertise on SAP best practice architectures & technologies as support for the deployment teams.
5、Challenge necessity of process deviations and be a strong advocate for standardization.
6、Ensure adherence with architecture principles and standards.
7、Review configuration and functional specification documents and manage approval.
