Requirements
Education
1、Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Experience
1、>2 years of relevant professional experience with reference in Logistics Mgt. with Devices and/or Implants&Disposables
2、Understanding of E2E Inbound-to-Outbound business processes like (Extended) warehouse mgt., Transportation mgt., Management of 3PL, Integration with logistics-related processes & systems, e.g., AEB for foreign trade
3、Proven experience with business requirements mgt. and design of business processes
4、Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems
5、SBU/segment-specific (industry) knowledge
6、Excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills
7、Willingness to travel (at least 50%)
8、Fluent in English and Chinese
Main Tasks
1、Manage (regional/segment-specific) business requirements (incl. business roles, data design) in the context of SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners for E2E Inbound-to-Outbound business processes
2、Drive adaptation of E2E Inbound-to-Outbound business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing
3、Provide guidance for & steer junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, process modelling)
4、Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system
5、Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments)
6、Contribute, as organized by training lead, to creation of training materials, and, if required, support end user training
