Manage (regional/segment-specific) business requirements (incl. business roles, data design) in the context of SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners for E2E Plan-to-Produce business processesDrive adaptation of E2E Plan-to-Produce business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansingProvide guidance for & steer junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, process modelling)Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA systemActively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments)Contribute, as organized by training lead, to creation of training materials, and, if required, support end user training

>2 years of relevant professional experience with reference in Production and Logistics Mgt. in the manufacturing industry with Devices and/or Implants&DisposablesUnderstanding of E2E Plan-to-Produce business processes like Production and supply planning, Production execution, Plant maintenance, Integration with production-related processes & systems, e.g., MESProven experience with business requirements mgt. and design of business processesExperience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systemsSBU/segment-specific (industry) knowledgeExcellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skillsWillingness to travel (at least 50%)
