Overall Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this process is to ensure an efficient financial close cycle through pre-close, month-end, and post-close activities. This includes preparing and executing all expense and project expenses, conducting month-end balance assessments, and performing variance analyses at Levels 1 and 2 while accounting for headcount changes. The financial reporting phase will involve preparing sub-team templates with detailed analyses and holding collaborative meetings with N 1 (Managers and Directors) to ensure alignment and transparency.
