Job Description:

Business Finance & Capex Controller: - Interface between the finance function and the Business verticals and Cross functional teams to optimize costs of the various functions. Drive Capex planning and provide real-time analysis and influence strategic decision making based on Business performance & financial planning and analysis.

Job Responsibilities
 

Developing deep understanding of the business, Cost drivers and other functions of the organization to drive efficient growthPlanning Capex Budget for OrganizationPerformance reporting of Plan vs Actuals to keep spends on trackIdentifying optimization in Capex and Opex costDeep dive analysis of rate/rate trends for key drivers and lead/lag indicatorsDoing data driven trend analysis for customers/operational metrics with focus on improving the shape of the P&L while highlighting key insights to leadership.Creating processes for new initiatives and improving existing ones with focus on governance & cost leakagePreparing, managing and publishing business dashboardsStakeholder Management & working closely with the regional business teamsRun weekly reviews with for the regions with business stakeholdersAssist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as and when required.

Desired Candidate
 

CA with 5-7 years of experienceStrong Excel Skills and good business acumenStrong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross functional teamsStrong Financial modelling and Power-point skillsPrevious experience as business finance partner is requiredSelf-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction and develop new ways of approaching business problemsContinuous improvement attitude and fast learning abilityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of SAP would be a plus
