The Role\: Business Finance Senior Analyst (Costing)
What will you do?
Financial Analysis and Management Reporting\:
Ensure prompt and precise preparation and submission of management accounts related to Sales & Gross Profit lines of the P&L and associated balance sheet accounts.Deliver timely and accurate management reports on a weekly and monthly basis, providing insightful analysis and commentary to key stakeholders to drive financial performance.Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning\:
Develop, monitor, and report on budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans, issuing all relevant financial reports associated with these plans.Support the execution of financial plans to drive organizational objectives.Product Costing, Pricing, and Process Improvement\:
Lead end-to-end Product Costing and Pricing activities, driving continuous process improvements and leveraging technology and tools.Contribute to the implementation of budgeted and unbudgeted cost-saving initiatives, ensuring the relevance and implementation of finance policies and procedures.Consistently identify, develop, and implement system and process improvements, utilizing technology to enhance financial and business outcomes.· Perform costing, monthly closing, check and analyze the result
· Maintain the product cost, and make sure the accuracy and correctness of the product cost, including daily product cost maintain and annual standard cost build-up
· Provide standard financial report to finance business partner including P&L, Base Cost, Mix/Forex impact, Product cost etc.
· Work closely with Financial Service Support Team for Balance Sheet review, HFM reporting, reporting check, expense booking, and fixed assets capitalization status etc.
· Monitor closely the purchasing price variance of materials, BOM and Routine with plant operation team.
· Implement the global processes for FP&A and costing functions.
· Organize and deliver financial trainings in systems, tools, and processes.
