The Opportunity:

To support financial planning, budgeting and execution of project funds for allocation purposes; integrated management schedule (IMS) development and tracking for planning and budgeting; coordination of task planning, schedule development and task execution for Navy programs and projects.

Responsibilities:

Prepare complex and detailed technical documents and reports using Microsoft Office suite of products.Demonstrate both a comprehensive knowledge of software applications and best business practices along with a high degree of skill in applying software functions necessary to prepare complex and detailed documents.Track funding through the labor, contracts and major procurement process daily utilizing IBPES and ERP.Allocate funding to projects for execution per NAVSEA Business Rules.


Qualifications:

Required: 

Bachelor's of Business Administration degree or related field.Ten (10) years of experience managing budgets preferably for Navy weapons systems.Ability to work with government SMEs and managers to provide solutions for data calls and periodic reports.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400 - 143,700 USD
